IT RESOLVED that the Council of the Township of faraday will close the next portion of the meeting to the public under Section 239(2)(d) of the Municipal Act, 2001, labour relations or employee negotiations and Section 239(2)(k) a position, plan, procedure, criteria or instruction to be applied to any negotiations
