IT RESOLVED that the Council of the Township of Faraday will close the next portion of the meeting to the public to approve Closed Meeting Minutes from March 2, 2022 and in accordance with Section 239(2)(b) of the Municipal Act, 2001-personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees and 239(2)(k)-a position, plan, procedure, criteria, or instruction to be applied to any negotiations
